How Much Do You Believe In Good Luck?

  • Nov. 25th, 2009 at 6:54 PM
Sometimes I just can't believe it is real...

I won the Grand Prize of Mike Shinoda's Glorious Excess (Dies) Raffle Lottery...
I've never thought of winning anything at the moment I bought the raffles...
All I wished for was only a poster print signed by Mike Shinoda...
And now... I can't believe that i won the 1st Prize!!!!!!!

A Dream I Had few days ago...

In the dream I saw a man who claimed that he is Mike Shinoda (of Linkin Park). However he looked so differently and his voice was totally different as well, and that was hard for me to believe that was him! ... It was like in a lecture and Mike was an art teacher. He said that If one wants to be successful in life he/she gotta let everything inside out!!! He pointed at the great art piece to make an example, (a piece of art that a girl who just had finished drawing it). It was a sketch of a female or ... a male portrait (i'm not sure about it) She expressed herself with full of emotions and "life" ... everything...

At the end of the dream, everyone gotta hand something to Mike Shinoda. I remembered I wrote a date and my name on a yellow piece of paper before i handed it to Mike. I remembered quite well that the date is : 26.11.2009 Cristina XXXX

I'm just wondering if there is any connection between my dream and the lottery i won...

Life is so unpredictable and interesting...

If you were to ask a group of scientists, “what is reality?” You would get some mixed answers. There are many scientific views of reality. Some are, in my opinion, very conservative and some would be termed very radical. In the following article, when I answer this question, “what is reality?” I will be using the more radical, leading-edge answers. So by no means will all scientists accept this scientific view of reality, even though it has been scientifically supported by quantum physics.

“What I thought was unreal now, for me, seems in some ways to be more real than what I think to be real, which seems now to be unreal.” -Fred Allan Wolf, Ph.D.

What Is Reality Made of?

The only thing that is solid about reality is your perception of it. Quantum physics has been very clear about this. For centuries, metaphysicians believed that nothing was real, except for thoughts and ideas, which they believed was what everything was made of. Finally, now, science is proving this. As Jeffrey Satinover, M.D., has said, “There is essentially nothing to matter whatsoever—it’s completely insubstantial. The most solid thing you could say about all this insubstantial matter is that it’s more like a thought; it’s like a concentrated bit of information.”

Quantum mechanics states that reality is only an absolute rock-solid existence when you are interacting with it. But, when you are not interacting with it, it becomes fuzzy. Therefore reality is both a rock-solid experience and a fuzzy, non-physical probability. This is very similar to the Wave-Particle Theory, which is basically; “When you are looking/measuring, “it” will be a particle of experience; when you are not looking/measuring, “it” will be a wave of possibility.”

You may be thinking how can reality be both. I believe that reality is really the broad range of non-physical possibilities. We have simply been trained to perceive the physical reality, which we are currently experiencing. Therefore when we are interacting with reality it becomes that which we have trained it to become. When we are not interacting with reality, it goes back to its real, natural state. Through your beliefs and ideas you have been trained to only perceive this. It has been scientifically proven that, as the observer, our beliefs and ideas affect the reality we experience.

The Role of the Observer

The bottom line of quantum physics is: We create the world we perceive. Whenever you open your eyes and look around, you are not seeing reality, you are only seeing what your human senses (taste, touch, smell, hearing, sight) are allowing you to see, through your belief system. Science has found out that you are aware of only 2000 bits of information out of the 400 Billion bits of information your brain is processing per second. Think about that for a moment…

Where does that other information go?

What is around you right now, that you are not aware of?

What are you not perceiving, that you could be?

Is everyone aware of the same 2000 bits of information, or do we each perceive a slightly different reality?

The role of the observer becomes very important in the Heisenberg uncertainty principle. This scientifically proven principle states that the conscious act of observation is a key factor in the formation of our reality. When you observe something, you affect it. Everyday, you are affecting your reality. Although, you don’t really change reality, since reality is absolute. Instead you change how you perceive reality.

As Fred Allan Wolf, Ph.D. says in his book, Dr. Quantum's Little Book of Big Ideas, “Reality is not just the physical world; it’s the relationship of the mind with the physical world that creates the perception of reality. There is no reality without a perception of reality.”

This All Sounds Good, but What Should I Do About This?

This question was best answered by the brilliant quantum physicst, Amit Goswami, Ph.D. when he said,

“Instead of thinking of thing as things—we all have a habit of thinking that everything around us is already a thing, existing without my input, without my choice. You have to banish that kind of thinking. Instead, you really have to recognize that even the material world around us; the chairs, the tables, the carpet—camera included—all of these are nothing but possible movements of consciousness. And I am choosing, moment-to-moment, out of those movements, to bring my actual experience into manifestation. This is the only radical thinking you need to do. But it is so radical; it is so difficult because our tendency is that the world is already out there, independent of my experience. It is not. Quantum physics has been so clear about it. Heisenberg (1901-1976), himself, core discoverer of quantum physics, said atoms are not things, they’re only tendencies, so instead of things, you have to think possiblities. They’re all possiblities of consciousness.”

By now you should have a good idea of what reality is, as defined by quantum physics. But, you may be wondering what the importance of knowing this is. And I will leave you with the answer: Who we are? Where we come from? What is possible? and almost every other question is based on what we think is real.

Think about that for a while, and when your ready for more, I'll be right here.

Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression

  • Sep. 20th, 2009 at 10:23 AM
A JOURNEY TO THE SPIRITUAL WORLD...

For those of you who don't have a clue about what “Life Between Lives Regression” is, here is a short definition: It is a technique, introduced by Michael Newton, using a deep state of hypnosis to guide individuals to access memories of the life as a soul at times between incarnations. This means, the times between the death of your previous life and re-entering the womb for the current life.

Under this deep hypnosis technique, individuals will experience a trance-induced superconscious state that may allow them to meet their spiritual guide or some Masters with higher level of consciousness, gain knowledge about everything in the universe but this depends very much on the degree to which individuals are ready and able to receive the messages, re-unite with the loved one who passed away, get access to memories from the past or the future, etc.

It is a fascinated experience which one should have once in a lifetime. :)

*****

Note: In order to experience a Life Between Lives Regression one should first experience a Past Life Regression (as a warm up). Here is my Past Life Regression Experience on August 31st 2008.

On August 16th 2009, I went through a Life Between Lives Regression with Dr. Teoh.
This is what I witnessed:

Power of Meditation

  • May. 13th, 2009 at 3:21 PM
(from Mind Power News)

The Million Dollar Meditation

Start by relaxing every muscle in your entire body. Imagine a warm, healing energy and light caressing and entering every single cell inside you.

When you are deeply relaxed, repeat the sound “Ahhhhhhhh” out loud, or in your mind. This is the same sound you would make if you had a big epiphany or were watching the most exquisite sunset. Let the sound come out effortlessly, releasing and relaxing your being deep inside.

Let the sound flow gently and naturally out of your lungs and vocal chords. Don’t force it out. Let it relax you deeper.

Then, imagine a golden liquid light running up from the base of your spine, through your heart, and showering out the top of your head.

As it fountains out the crown of your head, the liquid light cascades down over your entire body. You become a fountain of energy, bathing in golden vibrant goodness.

With each in-breath the energy flows up your spine to the top of your head. With each out-breath it flows out your crown, cascades down around your body, and drenches your skin, muscles, bones and cells with warm golden healing energy.

After 7 minutes of bathing in your golden shower, take the remaining time to imagine hundreds of millions of dollars (in $100 bills) floating down from the clouds above, dumping all over your neighborhood, entering your house, and filling up your room!

Visualize yourself swimming through the money, touching the millions of dollars around you! Look outside your window and see how EXCITED and ECSTATIC everyone is! It is raining millions of dollars in everybody’s home! There is more than enough for everyone.

Let yourself experience this abundance, and feel that you have more money than you could ever spend or ask for. Experience the feelings of JOY, SECURITY, and EXCITEMENT this money brings to you.

Allow this feeling of being infinitely rich to sink to the core of your heart, mind and soul! Know that you are a God-Being, and you deserve it!

As with all manifestation techniques, keep in mind that juicing up your emotions — really FEELING the joy and excitement outlined in the meditation — is the best way to kick the attraction power into high gear.

How to Detect your own Energy Field

By deepthinkin

Believe it or not, all matter is organized energy fields. This includes your body, which generates a 12 gigahertz field which can be detected by scientific instruments as far as 50 feet away, but in reality your field does stretch out into infinity. Einstein said, “There is no place in this new kind of physics both for the field and matter, for the field is the only reality.” He was talking about energy fields. Here’s how you can detect your own.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Right and left hand
  • Open mind
  1. Step 1

Determine your dominant hand. For instance, are you right handed?

  2. Step 2

If right handed, hold your LEFT hand, palm up in front of you. Relax you hand.

  3. Step 3

Hold the index finger of your right hand about an inch above your left palm.

  4. Step 4

Make circles above your upturned palm, without touching your hand, keeping your upturned palm relaxed. Do this for about a minute.

  5. Step 5

Be sensitive to any sensations you might be feeling in your left palm. What do you feel? Those sensations you’re feeling is your energy field!

What Luck Really Is.

Your Energy Level Determines Your Luck

By Enoch Tan
Creator of Secrets of Mind and Reality

(article from MindPowerNews)

Many people think that luck is something that is purely random, unpredictable and difficult to control. That is because they do not know what luck really is. When you are able to know the true definition of luck, you can learn the whole science behind this phenomena and gain control over it.

Luck is another aspect of your reality and perhaps the most powerful and important one. The more conscious and aware you become of the elements of your reality, the more of a conscious and powerful creator you will be.

Your luck is your psychokinetic resonance with the environment you are in. Like everything else, luck is an energy. It is something that is quantifiable not in physical but in nonphysical ways. You can quantify it physically only in terms of its physical manifestations in your life. Luck is dependent on time, place and consciousness.

When you are lucky, you are in mental and emotional resonance with your surroundings.

When you are unlucky, it is the opposite. The level of resonance is the level of your luck.

Luck is also a feeling or emotion because emotion is energy in motion. When you are lucky, you are also feeling lucky. Your feeling is your vibration and therefore you are vibrating luck and feeing it. You feel and experience that everything is working for you when you are lucky.

You feel that everything is working against you when you aren't lucky. A state of vibrational harmony or disharmony with your environment is the whole explanation for this. You either feel that things are in a flow or things are disrupted.

Your energy level determines your luck vibration. At times when you are feeling low of energy, that is also when your luck vibration is at a low point. You are more likely to make careless mistakes, become more accident prone and flop up in some way. When you are feeling high of energy, that is also when your luck vibration is in a high state. You are sharper, clearer and more in the zone. You seem to be able to do amazing things in ways that baffle others to the point that makes you seem very skillful or lucky.

Actually luck and skill are one. The more in energetic resonance you are with your environment, the more your skill will work and the luckier you'll seem. You can always observe that when the best are in action, they always seem to have both their skill and the situation working for them. You can never separate luck from skill because after all, they are both part of the same thing called psychokinetic resonance with the environment. Your skill is your capability of handling the situation which depends on luck.

Once you know that luck is an energy, you can depend on it in that manner. You cannot depend on luck that is considered to be random chance occurrence. You can't depend on such things because they do not exist. A non existent thing cannot be depended upon. Everything that exists is a part of consciousness and can be controlled by consciousness. Therefore luck exist and is fully under your control. Knowing this, you never have to fear of bad luck because you can make all things work in your favor.

Since luck is dependent on energy, you have to pay attention to your level of energy in every moment and take charge of it. When you notice that your energy level is low, be more careful with the things you do especially if they are important. You may make mistakes that usually never happen, and wonder how could you be so unlucky or stupid.

You may realize that every time you have made careless or stupid mistakes that seem to be like bad luck, it was when your energy level was indeed at a low point.

Lack of focus and lack of being adequately present minded also creates bad luck. Do you notice that when you make stupid mistakes in situations, you felt that you were not ready? What do you mean by not being ready? You mean that you weren't focusing properly or fully enough, and you weren't being adequately present minded. The first step to controlling luck is to be present minded. If you want to be lucky, you must put your focus in the activity you are doing. Or else you'd create bad luck and mistakes.

Your level of focus and placing your mind in the present determines your psychokinetic resonance with the environment. Focusing is how you channel energy towards a particular time and place. When your focus is here, your energy is channeled here and you experience luck here. Where you focus is where you generate luck in. That is why the secret of success is focus. Successful people are lucky people because they have more focus than the unsuccessful and unlucky ones. Focus to be a lucky one.

Seek to maintain a high level of energy or vibration at all times. People who experience their luck going up and down throughout the day allow their energy to go up and down. People who experience their luck being consistently high all the time maintain their energy and vibration at a high level. At times when your energy is low, seek to increase it to a higher level again. Do not continue doing any work at a low level of energy because you will tend to make mistakes. Recharge your energy first, then work.

Be aware of negative thoughts and feelings that will bring your level of energy or vibration lower. Positive thoughts and feelings bring your energy level and vibrations higher. Therefore choose to think positive thoughts and feel positive emotions, and you will experience more luck and success in your life. You can also increase your luck when you are more intent of succeeding in a certain situation. Your energy of intent will energize you with the luck you need, and that is why willful intent bends the world to you.

To Escape the Matrix

  • Mar. 20th, 2009 at 3:13 PM

It's been a long time I haven't post anything here. Between January 23rd and February 2nd I went to Tromso and the major purpose of the trip was to see the Northern Light. I was really really happy and really appreciated it. The moment was like magical and I believed that that was the most wonderful and spiritual experience I've ever had in life.

To me, it was a gift sent from above. Imagine how amazing it is that what I first considered as only a dream, eventually became a reality. I was totally melt and astonished ...

***********************************************************
Today I found a great article which I'd like to have it post here on this journal.

(Article from Mind Power News)

HOW TO ESCAPE THE MATRIX
By Edwin Harkness Spina
Creator of Energy Center Cleaning

The Matrix was one of the most popular and thought-provoking movies of all time. Viewers all over the world were captivated by the film's primary message: People get into deep trouble when they mistake what they perceive for reality.

What most viewers do not realize is that prior to the release of this groundbreaking film, western intelligence agencies were already using the term "the Matrix" to describe today's world. This was in contrast to their work with remote viewers, who would "escape the matrix" to gather intelligence. Art truly does imitate life.

In the movie, the Matrix is an elaborate Artificial Intelligence computer simulation that's so captivating that people mistake it for reality. People perceive they are walking about and interacting with others, but their physical bodies are actually submerged in fluid-filled pods, "plugged into" the Matrix, while their vital life force is harnessed to power the Matrix.

After Neo (Keanu Reaves) learns the truth, with the help of Morpheus's (Lawrence Fishburne) training, he is able to overcome his misconception that the Matrix is reality. Neo rebels against the machines that create his false reality and, eventually, he escapes the limitations of the Matrix. To others, he has developed superhuman abilities, but, "in reality," he has merely recognized the truth.

Escaping the Matrix is a metaphor for the mystic path to enlightenment.

The Matrix can be defined as the world that we perceive, which includes the physical world, as well as higher planes of emotions and thoughts, which also affect us.

Within the Matrix are countless fear-based thoughts and emotions that condition us to accept limitations. We are taught that we have little power, and what little power we do have, we are advised to delegate to authority figures and experts. Swimming in a sea of negative thoughts, we are prompted to use our creative ability to imagine even more negative thoughts. Without introspection, the Matrix gets darker and more dense.

Anyone who blindly accepts these prevalent, negative thoughts will have his or her life path dictated by the Matrix.

But those who recognize that it is our collective thoughts and beliefs that power the Matrix will recognize the way out.

When we incarnate on earth, we temporarily forget the higher truth of who we are. Our life mission is to remember, to connect with our innermost self, so that we may transcend the Matrix.

The reality we perceive with our senses is not the true reality, but merely a small portion of reality, masquerading as the whole. But, unlike the "alternate reality" that Neo must extricate himself from, in our "reality," there is no need to rebel. Rather, our goal should be to transcend. We want to "be in this world, but not of it."

The outer world is a reflection of our inner thoughts and beliefs, whether individual or collective, which have been conditioned by our experience in the Matrix. Consequently, the Matrix is a learning environment, where we get feedback on how our thoughts manifest. Thankfully, our negative thoughts do not (typically) manifest instantaneously. Otherwise, we would risk the spontaneous destruction of our world by thinking negative thoughts.

Using Meditation to Escape the Matrix

Clearing yourself of negative energies through daily meditation can provide a direct link to the "ultimate reality," i.e., the pure consciousness residing within each of us. As your negative beliefs are purified through regular contact with the "light" of your divine nature, unhealthy emotions, such as fear and anger, will naturally begin to diminish, and you'll be free to transcend to higher states of consciousness. You will "download" more of your own true self, while simultaneously and automatically attracting others of similar vibration.

Your world will become more synchronistic. You will repel angry, fearful people, and those who stick around will become calmer and more centered. You will radiate love. By simply being in higher consciousness, you will have a greater effect on the world than the most gifted orators and political leaders.

The higher your consciousness and energy are vibrating, the faster your thoughts will manifest. When you align with your innermost self, you are aligned more closely with the Source of all creation. At the apex of your individual consciousness, you are connected with The One. You then have at your disposal the entire universe to help you manifest the highest good for all.

In actuality, we are single points of awareness in the Oneness that is Reality. What we interpret as the physical world is the projection of this awareness, which is taking place in the Mind of God. We are, as Shakespeare pointed out, merely "actors" in a divine play.

When we wake up to this knowledge, the play does not stop. We are free to act or interact, in bliss and peace, unattached to the Matrix. We have within us the power to create "heaven on earth."

A Journey to the Past . . .

KUALA LUMPUR ~ PAST LIFE REGRESSION EXPERIENCE ~

Date: 08.08.2008 (Fri)
Travel Through Time

I've always wondered what happens to me after I die (not to my body but to my consciousness or soul). Will I be transformed into energy form that rejoins the energy of the cosmos, or will I be survived in some sort of timeless space where individual consciousness (or soul) continues.

From papers and books I read, I learn that people whether or not believe in life beyond death and in past life experience, they claim that they recall the details of previous lives and witness themselves as another form of being, under hypnosis, which is very interesting and it offers a glimpse into the secret of immortality.

In a trip to Malaysia, it has been a honor and a great pleasure to have met Dr. Teoh to go through a past life regression, which I've always wanted to experience. . .

This is what I witnessed under hypnosis:

My First Experience of a Past Life Regression

MAID

…100, 99, 98, 97, 96…88…82…
…I see myself walking down the stairs. When I reach to the bottom of the stairs, there is a door (it is opened and it is so bright) just in front of me. In my left arm, I'm holding a light brown color teddy bear with a heart shape on its stomach. I look at my foot and I see I am wearing a pairs of black leather shoes and a pairs of white socks. Then I look at my body I am wearing a brown colored dress with flower pattern and with lace at the bottom, and a white pinafore over my dress. Then, I use a third-person perspective looking at myself and I see I have got long curly brown hair with a red ribbon on my hair, round cheeks and I have got so many freckles on my face. I'm just a little girl aged 7 or 8 and my skin color is white. I slowly walk through the door and on the far left side, I see people (2, 3 or 4 female) preparing food or serving meal on one of the rectangular shape table (there are two wood tables parallel to each other) in a backyard of a big house. Right now I'm just standing here on the ground and scared to make any movement. The ground is covered with green grass; no flowers in the backyard. When I am encouraged by the hypnotherapist to walk around, I walk closer to the ladies and now they are standing here in front of me and looking at me (shift to first-person perspective). The one on the left is a fat old woman who is wearing a black colored dress with a white full-length apron and a white hat. The image I see is so clear and vivid. She has freckles on her cheeks, many wrinkles on her forehead and on her face as well. She looks very unfriendly and she is talking (to me?). I can't hear anything at all except the warm voice of Dr. Teoh (the hypnotherapist). The other one on the right looks a lot younger, taller and nicer than the first woman, and she is wearing a brown colored dress also with a white full-length apron and a white hat. She also has freckles on her face. Both of them are maids, and all of a sudden, I think that I am also a maid because I dress like them...

A BLACK CLASSIC CAR

I walk to the entrance gate. It is a pair of black wrought iron gates, round at the top border. The gates open when I walk through them. Now, I'm standing outside the gates and in a glimpse, I see a black classic car passing by. It is a fully-closed body car with windows, four wheels, round and short at the rear. There is a man aged around 40 or 50 who is driving the car. Through the car window I can see that the steering wheel of the car is on the right, and the man has moustache, which is narrow and it is in the area between the nose and the upper lip. Moreover, he is wearing a black suit and a black hat. I don't know who he is. I guess he is just someone who passes by. Before the car is driven away from me, I see numbers at the rear of the car, which are 1, 5, 0 and others two numbers I can't see. After that, I walk closer to the fountain which is located at the one o'clock position of the iron gates.

A NEWSPAPER DELIVERY BOY (PAPERBOY)

At the fountain, I meet a boy (same age as me, 7 or 8). He is wearing a brown colored blouse and a waistcoat (also brown color) over the blouse. In his head, he is wearing a brown colored checkered pattern tweed flat cap. He looks very pretty and friendly. He has freckles on his cheeks and his skin color is white. He is standing in front of me. After a while, he is playing with me at the fountain. I don't know who he is. I look at his foot then I see a pair of black leather shoes he is wearing is worn out. He has got many newspapers in his arm. He is a newspaper delivery boy...

He has to leave. He turns around and is walking in the direction to the city. Behind him, there is a short hair black and white dog of medium size following him on the road. The dog stares at me with a pair of red eyes, which makes me very scary. I decide to follow the boy to see where he is going. The boy doesn't know that he is being followed but the dog knows that I'm following them. I come to a grey flat paved road or a bridge (for both pedestrian and automobile). When I look down to the right side, I see that underneath the paved road (or the bridge) it is a one-way traffic lane (5 to 8 lane traffic) with many cars traveling from one destination to another. As I continue to walk, I see a woman in a long black dress walking in my opposite direction. She is holding a white (ivory) colored parasol with lace and a long handle. I don't know who she is. She passes me by...

I keep stalking the boy at a far distance. I walk pass the paved road (or the bridge) and now I come to a store with green small grids and small glasses. I stop stalking the boy because in front of me it is an old man with white hair sitting in front of the store. He is a shoe repairman.

A SHOE REPAIRMAN (AN OLD MAN)

All of a sudden, I recognize this old man!! “Oh my God! It's him!” I cry emotionally at the moment I know who he is. He is the shoe repairman, who had helped me when I was lost near the pharmacy in my current life (this was happening in my current life, when I was 4 or 6 years old). He sent me back to my parents when I was lost.

I get so emotional and I can't stop crying. I can't believe that he is the same shoe repairman who I've met both in my previous and current life. Although he looks so different but I know that is him! He is an old man and has got white hair and a pairs of big round eyes (previous life), and he was a middle-aged man with black hair in my current life (when I was at the age of 4 or 6)...

When I stop crying (with the help of Dr. Teoh) I learn that the old man is very lonely and sad because he has separated from his family. When I know more about him, I start to know a little bit about myself. I have got no parents and being left to somebody else in the big house. I am so alone and feeling abandoned! The old man has got children, but his children left him as they grow up. He is also sad and feeling alone. I am his friend. Every time I come to buy goods in the city I would stop by and would spend some time talking with him. He likes people to listen to him, and I am a good listener. I say thank you to the old man for helping me (in my current life as Cristina) when I was lost. I send him love and gratitude. I am so grateful to him for being in my lives... (I can hardly express all my feeling in words. All I can say it is that the feeling is so magical and spiritual.)

A WOMAN WHO CLAIMS THAT SHE IS MY MOTHER

I want to go back to the big house. I send love to the old man, and say goodbye to him. I know that I will see him tomorrow. Now, I am in the bedroom of the big house. I am sitting on a chair in front of the window. From the small window I can only see clouds moving in the sky because the window is located above my eye level. I am just sitting here and doing nothing. I don't like to work and I like to stay in the bedroom an entire day to avoid working. Once I step out of my bedroom I need to work. (I have a feeling that I work in the kitchen). No one in the house talks to me. I feel so alone and abandoned...

I'm with my teddy bear, lying on my bed, relaxing...

(long pause)

I get out of my bedroom and walk down the stairs. I come to a big open kitchen where I see many maids are working hard. They are preparing food and cooking. I see one of the maids is wearing a dark green dress with a full-length apron over the dress. Next to the kitchen, there is a dining table where it is seated a bald man with big eyes. He looks so angry. I have no idea who he is…

I am back to my bedroom lying on my bed again... I see a woman standing next to my bed watching me. I don't know who she is. She is wearing the same thing as the maids. So, I guess she is a maid. She is telling me that she is my mother. I don’t believe her and she can't be my mother! I have no mother and father! I don't know why I'm here and why I'm being left here. In this moment, I know what my name is – it is Lucy... The woman keeps telling me that she is my mother but I don't believe her... Everyone in the house is a liar! I trust no one…except the old man ... and the boy...

All of a sudden, the door opens, and the boy (the paperboy) brings a man in a man suit to my bedroom... Now, they are all standing next to my bed watching over me...

...I bring a woman in a black dress (she looks like the woman with a parasol who I saw on the paved road) to the old man (the shoe repairman). As we are in front of the old man, the woman disappeared. The old man gives me some coins for me to buy food I like. I am so happy to receive the coins... I walk away from him...

I am in my bedroom again. I am Cristina (current life) at the moment, facing opposite to Lucy (my previous life). I shift to first-person perspective as Cristina. At the suggestion of Dr. Teoh, I approach the little girl Lucy to send her love and help. Lucy refuses to accept any help from me. She pushes me away and she doesn't want anyone to help her. She thinks that her life is a misery. For this reason, she wants Cristina, her future self, to be misery as well... She says she doesn't know me at all and wants me to go away.

With the help of Dr. Teoh, Lucy feels that she is protected by white light. Now, I shift back to first-person perspective as Lucy, and Cristina is not here anymore. When I'm within the light, I suddenly receive information about Einstein. Everybody is talking about Einstein at that moment. He is famous and his photograph has been published on the newspapers... After awhile, I concentrate on Lucy again... I feel so safe in the light... I start to become mindly opened ... and free of mistrusting people from the house... Now, many people are right in front of me, including the woman who claims that she is my mother...

The maids tell me that she (the woman) is my mother! I get so emotional ... and tears begin to flow unstoppably out of my eyes... Yes! ... That's right! She is my mother! I know it all now! She was weak and she was dead after giving birth to me. That is why I'm being left here in this big house. It wasn't her choice to leave me and it wasn’t her fault!

I can't stop crying... I know that she loved me so much! ... Moreover ... I recognize that she is my mother in my current life!

The maids knew everything... They knew why I was here and who my parents were. They just didn't want to tell me because they were afraid that I could get hurt... They are not liar as I thought they were ... They just wanted to protect me... All the maids, my mother and I are now all in the backyard. I visualize my mother goes into the light with joy and love... She is protected by light and I'm protected by white light as well... Everyone is watching her floating up to the sky, leaving us. My mother loves me so much. As she floats higher and higher, I pass my teddy bear to her to express that I love her...

THE CITY (THE WAR IS COMING SOON)

After that, I have a desire to go out to the city. It is full of curiosity out there. However, maids are not allowed to go out of the house, unless to buy goods in the city...

I walk pass the entrance gate of the house...to the paved road (the bridge)...and then I arrive to the city. It is hazy and everywhere looks so blue and grey. I witness a group of military units. Oh my God! The country is preparing for war! I feel unsecured at that moment. I turn around and want to go back to the house immediately. The war is coming soon and I need to tell the old man...

I come to the old man and tell him that the war is coming. The old man says that he already knows it. I ask him why this is happening, and he doesn't know the answer. In a sudden, on my left, I see military jeeps passing by. There is a flag put at the rear of the jeeps. It is a flag with a red circle in the middle on a white background with red rays extending outward from the red circle. Then I look at the sky, I see sort of hot air balloon (observation balloon) with people inside a basket. There is a number printed on the balloon but I can't see it clearly... I’m so scared! ... It is the Second World War!

THE END

The time has been moved forward.
Now, the war is over. Everywhere is destroyed and there are dead bodies on the street. I'm not sure whether I'm still alive or not...I am now in spirit form. I come to the front of the shop where the old man used to be here. He isn't here! Then, I sit on the ground watching the movement of the clouds in the sky. I ask myself why all this happen and why there is a war. I don’t know the answers...

In spirit form, I found the old man! ...
(I shift to third-person perspective)
The old man comes to take me to go into the light with him. (I don't want to leave the physical world now, I linger around and after a few seconds I come closer to the old man). He holds my hand and takes me into the light. We are surrounded by clouds. The old man looks joyful. He wears a clean and smart looking striped man suit. As we are moving forward I see myself (Lucy, the little girl) is gradually changing from long brown curly hair into black straight hair. I become an Asian little girl. The session ends when we arrive at the gate.

Gratitude:
*I'd like to say thank you to Dr. Teoh for the wonderful experience and for his love and kindness that have guided me through the session. It is an amazing experience that I won't forget. Thank you!

Several weeks after the experience I had a strange dream in which I saw people dressing the same costume as what I've seen in the past life regression, and an inner voice told me that it was in Australia...

We have the choice...

  • Jul. 22nd, 2008 at 9:09 PM

Last night watched Batman - The Dark Knight, in a cinema. The story is great. I realized that when a very bad situation comes there is a chance that even the most decent-hearted people could fall...but there is always a choice. To be an evil or to be an angel is just a matter of what you choose to do.

I think that there is no guarantee in life that everything would be perfect and great. Bad things happen and always happen, even to good people. In this case, individuals who are not strong enough to remain kind-hearted to deal with unfair and unpleasant situation would fall into temptations to do bad things. So, to be a good person is not that easy, it needs resistance and perseverance.

I remember that there is a story about how a devil tempts a good-hearted and hard working farmer to fall. The devil fails in the beginning by giving him bad luck, poverty, pain, struggle and suffering. It seems like there is nothing can impure the farmer's pure heart. Until one day, the devil finds a very simple way to tempt the farmer, which is by giving him lots of money. Finally, the farmer falls into temptation and the devil successfully takes the farmer's soul.

It shows that we are so vulnerable. A friend of mine asks me what I think about a kind-hearted person. For me, a kind-hearted person is someone who can always look for the good in people and who can forgive others in any situation, even when being treated unjustly, unfairly and badly by someone else. I know it is easier said than done. However, this is our choice to make in order to be good or to fall ...

Out of Body Experience (OBE) - PART 1

  • Mar. 22nd, 2008 at 8:19 PM
I have no memories of my past lives, so I can't tell you for sure if there is life beyond death. Maybe there is or maybe there is not. I don't know. I do hope I have the answer and I do hope that the answer is affirmative...

The question of "Is there life after death" has been asked  since the beginning of time.  Some people answer "yes" and some others response "no". Most of the people with religion belief believe in some form of life after death, while others are less certain of what form that life will take. To me, I think having the knowledge and understanding of the afterlife can help many of us overcome fear and pain when making preparations for our own death, or for that of someone we love, and I believe that this is the main reason why I'm so interested on this subject.

I believe that we are not only "body" (physical matter), but also spiritual essence. Like others say that "we are essentially spiritual beings who possess physical bodies". Moreover, I believe that "we" (human, non-human, spirits, others...) are living in a multi-vibration frequencies world. Once we tune ourself to a particular vibration frequency, we can travel to the "other sides" of the world. Based on my own experiences, I believe that we are spiritual beings who live in physical bodies. Since I was a child I have experiences that I am out of my own body, and this kind of experience doesn't stop occurring until the present. I figure out that the experience occurs every time I am in a semi- awake state, very tired and under some kind of situation in which the mind is awake and the body is asleep. In this state of  "mind awake" and "body asleep", firstly, the process begins with the feeling of I can freely move my arms and legs, then, I realize that "I'm awake" and later I induce myself to float out of my body.  When floating out of my body, normally I feel kind of vibration vibrating through my head and after that I will fall asleep again and start dreaming, some time lucid and sometime not lucid, or I will float around my own bedroom and trying to take a look at my own body.

Dreaming (Part I)

I randomly found this article today:

Is the Universe Dreaming Itself?

By Paul Levy
Source
: ResonateView.org

When you begin to spiritually awaken, it is like waking up inside of a dream and recognizing that everything you are experiencing is nothing other than a very convincing projection, or display of your mind. The boundary between inner and outer, between dreaming and waking starts to dissolve, and you begin to realize that the same dreaming mind that is dreaming your dreams at night is dreaming your life. You realize that there is a Deeper Dreaming Self that is having a dream and we are it!

This Deeper Dreaming Self is active in us at all times and is continually seeking to express it itself. If we recognize the dreaming process that is happening right now, we can step into it and help it unfold consciously. It will activate our own inherent process of awakening and reconnect us with ourselves.

It is as though there is a dream that is trying to be dreamt through each and all of us -- both individually and collectively. The universe is seen as a field not separate from and through which this deeper, dreaming process is continually expressing it itself.

Recognizing the deeper dream, or archetypal myth that we have been unconsciously acting out in our waking life reconnects us not only with the deeper ground of the psyche but also with other people, as everybody is seen to be fellow actors in a divine drama. It takes one's life out of a purely personal framework and gives it a deeper sense of meaning, which makes suffering so much more bearable.

When you begin to awaken to the dream-like nature of things you realize that waking reality doesn't exist in the way you thought it did, as something separate from you. Saying it is a dream, your own projection, reflection, etc. is the same thing as saying it is nothing other than your own mind appearing in a convincing, externalized display. Everything that happens is seen to be the unmediated expression of your mind, which you now understand can just as easily express it itself in outer events as it does in inner feelings, dreams or intuitions.

This is related to Jung's idea of synchronicity, those "meaningful coincidences," where an inner situation gets mirrored through an outer event. They are examples of where there is a fissure in reality and one gets a chance to glimpse the underlying unity.

By saying that our waking reality is some sort of a dream, which is the same thing as saying that it is a projection of your mind, the implication is that how you view it actually effects how it appears. This is very clear in lucid dreaming, where the dream is realized to be the unmediated manifestation of your mind.

Once you realize this, you don't become conditioned by, and react to, the reflections as something solid, real, and autonomous (as a kitten would looking in a mirror), you just recognize them as your own energy appearing externally. Your relationship to the universe changes dramatically.

Waking reality is seen to be a manifestation of "something deeper," just like the rays of the sun are the manifestation of the sun. In the same way that the rays are not separate from the sun, but rather are a perfect expression of it, waking reality is not separate from this "something deeper" but is it itself a perfect expression of it.

The question then becomes: what would you do if you did wake up in THIS dream and recognize that IT was all your own mind? How would you dream it on if you were to have this realization? Imagine that there are all these other people in your dream who are so asleep that it is as though they have fallen under an enchantment. They've gotten absorbed into the dream and have become so identified with their roles that they literally have forgotten who they are. They are truly suffering a case of mistaken identity. And they're all just aspects of you.

It is like your task is to try and wake up parts of yourself that have fallen asleep. How you do this is totally up to you; it is the ultimate creative challenge. In essence you are figuring out a way to wake yourself up, to break the spell you have fallen under.

As the Deeper Dreaming Self, we are always dreaming each other up in exactly the role that is needed. It is an amazing realization when you discover that we can't help but play the role that other people have dreamt up for us.

For example, you, as the Deeper Dreaming Self (your True Self) have dreamt up this article right now -- at this very moment. And I, of course, by writing it, effortlessly stepped right into playing and fulfilling exactly the role you dreamt up for me. Even to say that someone else stepped into a role that you dreamt up for them is to say too much. As it is all just you. There is no one else.

It is exactly as if you were having a dream and into your dream walked a dream character who was having an awakening (he has become lucid in "his" dream). Let's make it even more real than that, let's imagine that this dream character expressed himself by sending you an article such as this. Who is this dream character other than the awake part of yourself? He knows that he's being dreamt by something deeper. He is a mirror, a reflection, a manifestation of the awake part of you.

It is also no accident that he has delivered this article into your dream; he is trying to engage you. It is your own awakeness appearing in seemingly separate, externalized form. It is clearly your own projection, something you've thrown out of yourself. And it is trying to step back into you. Or better yet, you're trying to step back into yourself. It is a situation that you, as the Deeper Dreaming Self, have clearly dreamt up.

This dream character realizes that the "I" who he thought he was, including the body that he's been identifying with all this time, is not only not who he is, but is itself being dreamt by "something deeper" -- what I call the "Deeper Dreaming Self." Becoming lucid means that he's recognized his true identity with the Deeper Dreaming Self, which is dreaming the entire dream.

This is the same thing as saying that he has recognized his unity with the entire dream, which is realized to be nothing other than the manifestation, or expression of the Deeper Dreaming Self, not separate from it in one iota. Just like the waves of the ocean are not separate from, and are the expression or manifestation of the ocean. It is as if one wave discovered that it was one with the entire ocean, and hence, with all waves. Nothing has to be added, one just discovers an already existing fact.

This awakening dream character has had an expansion of identity from a skin-encapsulated ego, or separate self -- which experiences it itself as being disconnected from the rest of the dreamscape -- to a larger, much more all-embracing identity, which recognizes that the dream is nothing other than a very convincing display of his true nature. This is analogous to having an archetypal death/rebirth experience.

Our dream character also realizes that he can consciously step into this universal dream that we all are sharing and help it unfold. He can help co-create and co-dream the dream to its highest unfolding, whatever and wherever that may be. When he realizes his identity with the Deeper Dreaming Self, he also recognizes that everybody else has the same Deeper Dreaming Self. He realizes that there is just one Deeper Dreaming Self and it is not only his own True Self, but it is the True Self for everyone. He understands that he's not even the slightest bit special, as everybody else is in the same condition, but they just haven't recognized it yet.

At the point when you understand this, is when you become that awakened dream character who can then step consciously into the next person's dream. You then become the mirrored reflection of their own awakened part. And what would you do other than to try and awaken them in as gentle, loving and creative a way as possible?

When enough people awaken to this situation, and this is simply a matter of when the Deeper Dreaming Self dreams that enough people awaken to it, we can begin to create an art happening that we can title "global awakening". This is really a question of stepping into and owning not only your negative shadow, but your positive shadow also. It becomes so easy to project your own enlightenment out there onto whatever guru. It is a question of realizing who you are, for God's sake. I would like to suggest that there is nothing stopping us from doing this right now. And not only that, I would like to further suggest that IT IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW and it is simply a question of recognizing it.

Don't place any limits on yourself. It is your dream, please dream it all the way, go totally far out, over every edge. If you woke up and realized that it was your dream, how would you then dream it on? Remember, I am not addressing you as the little egoistic self but as the True Self.

I would like to suggest that if you are having a genuine awakening, you have no other recourse than to let the Deeper Dreaming Self dream itself through you. The question then becomes, if we are the dream of the Self, where is this dream going?

We need to really expand our realm of possibilities and realize that we are living a historic time, maybe more amazing then if we lived in Palestine during the life of Christ. We are actually living in the time period where human beings wake up. We need to realize, to see that the universe is dreaming itself awake through us. And it takes the most visionary among us to help further the momentum of the process until it actually builds up a life of it is own, which it already has in us.

Isn't it just a question of whether you see the situation or not? And if you do see it -- it is not a question of thinking about it but of seeing it -- then at that very moment you become an awake, responsible player in this dream drama you've found yourself in. And not just a player, but writer, director, producer and the audience, too. You begin to realize that this isn't a universe that you are just passively observing but one that you are also actively participating in and co-creating with. At this moment you step into your Bodhisattvahood, which is who we are meant to be. You realize that there is no separate "self" or "other", just "Self". Out of this awareness naturally arises genuine compassion.

Finally, you realize it is total insanity to be waiting for the Messiah to arrive. We are the Messiah.

Confession

I felt sorry and ashamed for what i've done... :(
I've been talking with a coworker of someone else's bad behaviour behind her back. I was wrong. I should not have done it. :(

I don't like her but that doesn't mean that i can talk about her behind her back >_<!!!!!!!! I'm so disappointed in myself!!! I'm feeling guilty now...Sorry!

Sorry!!!!! I won't do it again....... Next time, i'd better let her knows that i don't like her mean behaviour, instead of talking about her behind her back.

Mr. Cow chose to hang up with friends last night instead of attending his mom birthday dinner. He said that the dinner he went to last night was meaningful to him cause "an important" guy would also attend the dinner, he wanted to learn something about him.

I just don't understand it. Why would a son let his mother down on her birthday??? I really don't get it...

I asked Mr. Cow how his feeling was when he got home and looked at his mom at the first sight. He told me that his mom looked okay but maybe not in the inside. I only asked him his own feeling and did not ask him to guess what feeling did his mom have got!! I found out that he hardly could express his own feeling. I asked him so many times what was HIS feeling, but he just kept telling me what he thinks his mother was feeling.

Weird!

Warmth

2hap

The current weather in Macao remains a chilly 6'C with 95% of humidity.
I'm worrying that someone is not wearing enough clothes in this chilly weather, so on Wednesday night, I went to Yaohan and "Aigle" to look for down jacket. I bought a technical warm jacket and gave it to my ______.
When he knew I bought him a jacket, he said he didn't want it and didn't like it. After I got to work, someone told me that he tried that on and was smiling. :)
This is the most warmth experience I've ever had! :D

Expressing love and care to someone you love is a must-to-do in life!

Death

WHEN THE TIME COMES, ARE YOU READY TO FACE IT?
A relative of a coworker has died last week on Wednesday (16th of January). It was really a sad news and since that news my heart was really down. I guess I was affected by the grief and sorrow hidden deeply in my coworker's heart. She has never shown her true feeling to anyone of us (in the office). She gave me a strong impression that she is strong enough to face it and she is okay with that.

However, I wasn't feeling allright after that. I asked myself many silly questions which no one has ever really got the answers. I indulged myself in the sorrow, in the grief, for awhile, tried to figure out how to overcome it, how to face it once "that time" comes to me.

Losing a relative or someone you deeply love is the toughest and hardest experience everyone needs to face it in life. I rememembered the feeling when I first time lost a relative, my grandma, I loved her so much. That moment I was eight and she had just left me. ;) I even couldn't have chance to say goodbye to her in person. I wish she had came back, I wish I could talked to her, played with her and had lunch and dinner with her. She loved coffee so much and coffee, also was the major (they said it) fatal "ingredient" which attacked my grandma. She passed away from a heart attack. I love you grandma! Always in my heart. ;) Since then, I could only meet and see my grandma in my dreams...

On Sunday morning, I dreamed of the relative of my coworker. He looked not great but looked peaceful. He was accompanied by a happy woman and his own daughter, and they all looked happy. ;)

The Movie - Apocalypto

  • Jan. 9th, 2008 at 8:44 PM
WHEN THE END COMES, NOT EVERYONE IS READY TO GO

APOCALYPTO - Written and directed by Mel Gibson, the movie dives into the end of Mayan society and it is about one man's struggle to escape his fate by the power of his love for his wife and son.

After watching the VCD, I was scared and the fear kept lingering in my mind for a while. Apocalypto is not the type of scary movie what is commonly seen, it is beyond that range. It awakes the fear within us, the fear which always lives secretly in our mind.

In the movie, life was threatened. The way how the "tribesman" worship God is quite disturbed! They practiced human sacrifice and believed it was God's will. They thought that practicing human sacrifice would saved them from droughts, contagious illness and death. I just can't understand why they had that idea in mind. The Mayan religion has always attracted my personal interest, but not after Mel Gibson presenting the cruel images on the scene. :(

But on the other hand, that was the reality! That was what was happening in the Ancient Mayan Civilization. I remembered there was a character who impressed me a lot by defining "fear as a sickness" and "it is a sickness of our soul". "Once our soul is corroded we will fall into the darkness and never be able to walk with the light anymore". Those words are wisdom! Fear and all the others negative emotions do really corrode our mind and soul, and consequently, our body will be influenced and be sick regarded of the reflection of who and how we are inside. Personally, I totally believe that. I hope I could live my life out of fear, and can always remain in harmony, peaceful and healthy (both psychologically and physically).

Moreover, the movie lead me think of "war". I was thinking of, "what if the past was represented the future?" "What if the future is somehow predetermined?" " Are we heading forward to a more peaceful and civilized world or are we heading back to the point where everything has to start over again? (I mean "war") . . . and over and over. . .

Making Desicion

  • Jan. 5th, 2008 at 4:11 PM
Every single decision we make can influence our life. Last night, when I passed by a comic book shop I saw a book with title "...wrong decision". I didn't buy it at the moment I saw it, but the words on the book cover are enough to remind me one important thing in life - Decision. Have you ever thought of how many decisions you have been made to become the person who you are now?

Recently, I've spent most of the time on the internet to collect information about to travel to Tromso to see Northern Lights. I realized that I really enjoy doing the work cause I have learned many things throughout the research. :)

Somebody told me: "...if you're going all the way to Tromso to see the lights, make sure you see them!" Yes, she's right. I'll make sure to see them! :)

I started from nothing to the most accurate tool to predict the lights in the Arctic Circle! Every single decision I've made is to increase the chances to see them! Firstly, I chose Tromso as the destination, nowhere else in the world  is better than catching the lights in Tromso. Secondly, my trip will be in January, avoid full moon period, and must stay at least 11 nights there. Thirdly, since the lights can only be seen under a clear sky, so I hope I can luckily to book a guided tour of Mr. "Kjetil Skogli". He is a famous aurora photographer and he is relentless. I've met a lady on flickr and she had great experience because of him! Not just she saying that, cause I've heard of his name before, he is well-known on chasing lights. I believe that he will find us clear skies if it is possible. But all these only could happened If I am lucky enough to meet that ranger!! :D Wish me luck!

The Journey begins...

  • Jan. 2nd, 2008 at 8:49 PM
I'm going to start a journal about my life from this New Year till the end of the road. I have a purpose to find meanings in my life. Am I walking in a right track? Am I the person who I wanted / want to be? These questions have remained in my mind a long time and I need to find the answers. I believe that writing a journal would somehow help me to understand myself better and better as time goes by. So now, the journey begins...

At Christmas, Dec 25, I went to Hong Kong to spend my holiday, and this was the best show I've ever seen - the Slava's Snow Show. I love the sound effect, light effect, the snow, bubbles and the spider web. It was amazing!
